www.dailypeleton.com has an article about Velostream.TV, an Internet video-on-demand sports website. It looks like you can purchase monthly subscriptions and stream all sorts of road and cyclocross races to your computer. I guess you could then use an S-video cable to hook your computer up the the TV. They don't appear to be offering live video, but their website says that races will be available 5-10 minutes after they are completed.
OLN will probably only be showing snippets of most races this year, so this could be a good alternative for those who want to watch the entire race.
