Which Torque Wrench is This?

I was watching some of the SRAM youtube videos, and was wondering if anyone could tell me what kind of torque wrench they are using??

That's a dial-type torque wrench. They were pretty popular before the "clicking" type took over. There is a second dial needle that rotates while you apply torque, but then stays in place to show the torque achieved. A knurled knob sticking through the center of the plastic lens allowed you to return the needle to zero.

I still have a couple wrenches like this.
