When I saw this article this morning I looked at my calendar to see if it was April 1st.

After all of the issues this year for the proposed two days of radio silence at the Tour I did not think this proposal had a chance.

I like it though. Make the riders be more involved in tactics.

The article talks about "2 way radios". Woudl they be allowed to have a radio on the ridres where they can hear the director but can't talk back?

It's about time! Let's see which riders can figure out how to race without the "voice in their ear" telling them what to do every second.
