I should have posted this earlier, but if you are attending (looks like not many are) and have your bike with you, let me know and we can meet up for a ride. It's just down the road from my house and earlier today I rode right by the spot where this picture was taken. In fact, they were doing some maintenance and I raced a cart on the path you can see just beyond the fence at the bottom left.
