Deda & cross top levers

I've not used Deda bars before and I want to be able to mount cross top levers on the tops. The bars have a stem clamp di of 31.7mm. What lever clamp di would I need for these bars please? What is the di of the Deda bar after it tapers away from the centre bulge? I'm thinking of using Newton anatomic. Thx, Jason.

Here's the application on my Poprad with Deda Newton bars (31.7). If you like the levers closer to the hoods, you will definitely need to reduce the diameter of the clamp to 26.0. Nothing fancy...I am using Tektro levers.
