Great trip to the Alps hosted by Serotta and run by GPM10.

We had perfect weather though a little chilly on the top of the Grand St. Bernard.

I think there were about a dozen of us - mostly americans but a few Brits in addition to the GPM10 gang.

If you you have never ridden the alps, I highly recommend one the GPM trips. The guys are great, hotels were very nice, and the whole trip went off without a hitch (though one of our guys got sick the first day and wasn't able to ride the rest of the trip.)

Sorry - couldn't figure out how to embed in the post so links only.

Here is ONE of the incredible views from the hotel in Chamonix.

Nice pics! Thanks for putting them up.

I like the video too. You may have a future as a camera man for the tour.

Curious how you found the european drivers... more/less respectful than americans?

for the most part drivers were really good. There were a couple that didn't move over as much as one might like but generally very respectful in spite of the fact that we sometimes rode double paceline and would have the whole road on descents.

Lots of motor cycles though - they go very fast up and down the mountains and like to cut corners so have to be on the lookout.

Was that Ben's bike leaning against the fence?

My place! I ususally do that climb in winter with randonnee skis and eat at the hospice on top.
Great pics.
