OT: Super Bowl of cycling

Well, sort of. Rode this morning through downtown Jacksonville, site of this year's game. Unbelievably, the place was pretty clean. They did a good job of cleaning the streets. However, some people were just heading off to bed after a late night and early morning of partying, which brought out the never-before-heard call, "Drunk up!"

Cold morning, though. Mid-40s, a little wind. People from Philly and Boston who came to town thinking they'd be in Miami are a bit confused!

Super Bowl party last night was unbelievable. Tons of people downtown at the Times-Union SuperFest; wall-to-wall. The best fireworks show ever. And no Janet Jackson.

So ... watch the game on TV, see our beautiful city. Come to visit. Spend your money.

Then go home. The roads are too crowded and I don't like all the cars.
