Help find a bike

I recently saw a pic of a bike. Of course I can't find it again. The feature I'm looking for was a white painted fork. The fork was clear carbon on the inside, facing the tire.

Was it the prototype carbon Litespeed? I think that it was painted white on the outside and clearcoat on the inside.
