Any experience with Cosmic Carbone laced to PowerTap?

I have decided to convert a rear cosmic carbone to a PowerTap hub. I wanted to see if anyone else has done this and what the results were.

Also, if anyone knows a wheel builder that they could recommend in the NYC tri-state area?
