Hi all,

I am in the VERY early planning stages of putting together a Los Angeles (West Coast) bike ride.

Please choose between these 2 dates:

Sunday, September 27th or Sunday, October 11th.

I am thinking we leave from the west-side, ride to Palos Verdes, do a bit o' climbing and head back for a nice meal.

Again, this is all in the VERY early planning stages, so all thoughts, suggestions and opinions are welcome.

This sounds like fun, and I might be able to make it - if the ride takes place on October 11th. I'll be out of town on September 27th.

Either date looks good for me.....I'll be the "bridge" between the east coast forumites and west coast forumites since we are moving from MA to SoCal the week of 9/6. PV will be in my backyard too.

Can't wait to get out there and ride with you guys!

Right now either date looks good for me too. I've been seeing more Serottas in SoCal lately.

I've been traveling to L.A. a lot recently. If I happen to be around when the ride goes down I will try to scare-up a bike and do it. Sounds like a blast. Maybe we should do the same here in the great Pacific NW.

THe "Ride2Recovery" ride I am doing ends in LA on the 10th. So, maybe, if an overnight stay in LA is possible before I drive home to Arizona, I can make it.

OTOH.... I might just want to stay off a bike saddle for a few days after pedaling from SF!
