Hello,
I can't find replacement gaskets for my floor pump. What would be a good adapter replacement. I prefer the thumb lock type. I also want the adapter to come off the valve easy, not one that will pull on my valve too much and end up ripping my tubes. Included is a pic of my current valve adapter. If you know where i can get gaskets please let me know. It's off a pedro's pump and pedro's no longer offers that head. no parts either. Is it posssible to make your own gasket?

Thank you!

+1. Just don't slide the head on to the stem any farther than you need to get a good seal, which is not very far. I know what you are talking about because I used my buddy's pump with this head and I slid it on too far and thought I was going to pull the stem off the tube.

In 40 years of cycling the Hirame pump head is the best accessory I have ever owned. Not cheap but worth every penny.

You can get them from Jitensa in Berkeley, sometimes found on ebay. I bought one at I bicycles in Kyoto, and then a 2nd one from Hiro at Jitensa. Got enough spare gaskets to last forever.

it's about 50 bucks, if you have to ask.
