Hi!
My husband is taking a driving/cycling trip up north and is trying to figure out how to ride from Burney Falls State Park to the city of Burney. He is thinking of cycling Hwy 89 to Hwy 299 into town. He wonders if the roads are in good condition for his road bike? Would appreciate response from those in the know.
