OT: question about photo sharing signs

(Sorry about the thread title typo: meant sites, not signs.)

i'm trying to figure out which photo/image sharing site to use. here's how i'll use it: to store photos and jpg's, which i will then link to an online portfolio, which i'll probably create using tumblr. so basically i need a place to house high-res images/files that i'll link to one or more online portfolios. for video, i'm using vimeo. what is a good or best photo/image site for my needs? your advice is GREATLY appreciated.

Photobucket is a lot like Flicker. Picasa is a bit different, with somewhat better integration between desktop and website. They're all pretty good though and any will likely serve your purpose. You should probably try a couple and see if you like one more than the others.

works terrific. I sprung whateveritwas 25 bucks to get the pro version which enables me to make up sets of photos and permits full-sized files. I can even use my iPhone and email my photos to flickr.
