Thin Blue Line Bikes?

Hi all
A buddy of mine is moving and just gave me his old bike. He is Canadian and it's a 'Thin Blue Line' bike. Ritchey (by Tange?) tubing.
It seems like a nice frame with some shaped tubing.
Before I turn this into a beater/loaner, I just wanted to make sure I did not have some sort of priceless classic on my hands... :rolleyes:

Anyone at least know anything about this brand?

However, 'Thin Blue Line' is a reference to police officers. Could this be a cop bike?
