Riding in St. Louis

I am traveling to St. Louis and I will be staying downtown near the stadium. Anybody have an recommended routes or suggestions for riding down or from there? With it surrounded my interstate and river, not certain what my options are. I have alway run while there, but this will be my Ritchey Breakaway's maiden voyage on a trip.

Something called the "Riverfront Trail" is probably the easiest option. I'll Google it and post a link.

You're at the far east end of town. I'm at the far west end, right before Hwy 40 crosses the MO river. LMK if you want to do some riding out this way. It's not convenient for you because of the 40 closure, but some of the nicest riding around here.

if your into getting shot at try Natural Bridge Road out by the airport. the airlines always put us crew up at the choice locations.

Thanks, I will check out the path. I have been jogging on it before, but didn't know how far north it went. That will be good, thanks!
