Can't steer it and he's wearing flip flops. Somewhere there's an Emergency room with his name on it. :bike:

Looks like the handle bars are connected to the cart handle. I don't see any other point of attachment. I don't see how you can steer it that way.

Do you see something I don't?

Do you see something I don't?Probably not, but that in itself doesn't keep the rider from being able to steer the bike/cart combination. I expect the kinematics is very similar to a cargo front-load three wheeler. As the rider applies a turning input the cart rotates relative to the back of the bike at the head tube.

I think it's crazy and dangerous, but for many other reasons.
