top pull campy derailleur?

Does Campy make one of these these? I am looking for a top pull model for a triple crankset for my 28.6mm seat tube - I know they were around from their vintage MTB era, but does anyone know if a decent, affordable version is around anywhere?

Not from the factory but someone in Germany (I think) put together a kit. Try Weight Weenies, mtb section.

related to this request, I may see if I can get a small ratio CT road crankset (Centaur UT?) and use that if the cassette is big enough. Don't worry, it will not be for MTB climbiing!

Can a modern Centaur CT Front derailleur be swung from the top without the use of one of this pulleys? What do you CX folks use for an FD with a Campy groupo? A Shimano FD?
