Another basic question: I'm have a steel Fierte frame with the carbon rear end ... does anyone know what size nut I'll need to mount the rear brake? Looks about the same as the front but then again my rear brake doesn't have as much bolt length.

Thanks.

I do not know, but I see you are in Denver. Go to Wheat Ridge Cycle and they can help you out....PETE

It may be a proprietary size (length-width) to Serotta and if this is the case, the bike frame will come with the right sized nut. If not, any good bikie store should be able to hook you up with a brake nut. There are only a couple sizes.

Good luck!

Steve

PS: The brake set should come with a set of nuts as well. Longer for the front (fork) and shorter for the back.
