He's nice. Took me on a tour of Los Angeles.

And, I took Tom to see the lady pro volleyball players practicing on the beach in bikinis....I dont think Tom will be moving back to PA anytime soon...

Pelicans, Geese, Ducks, etc. but the surprise today was a nice size snapping turtle crossing the road. I sometimes move turles out of the way but I let this big guy cross on his own and watched out for traffic. I wish he would have been headed into town because it was windy and I could have drafted :)

Picture of truck is basically where I slept for a week. Ran 3/4 plywood across the bed, the bike and camera were locked underneath. Sleeping mat and bag on top. Thankfully there was no rain.

The truck made it BUT . . . . . . driving in 112 degree heat through the Mojave sucked w/out air conditioning.

I went to a goat roast for my bud's birthday. I may or may not have ate an eyeball. (may or may not taste like an oyster)
