I have a bike frame that I am going to setup as a fixed gear and it has a rear spacing of 130. I am interested in rear fixed/free wheel that is setup for 120 (good deal). Can I use spacers for the difference? Any other options?
Collective thanks.

Some 120 hubs have different chainline from 130 hubs.
If you want to keep the same crankset and bottom bracket I would start thinking about chainline before messing around. Saving a few bucks on a wheel which may make your crankset no longer work would not be a good deal.
If the hub has a long axle you can space it out and maybe even re-dish the wheel a bit.
So what hub, what frame?

It is a Waterford frame and a Paul components rear hub.
I haven't settled on a crankset yet, so that is not an issue yet.
Thanks,

make sure the axle is long enough for the spacers... I have a set of suzue/OP wheels and the rear only work to 126 - (spaced to 130)
I should probably sell the wheels, but I like 'em - and one day Ill find a perfect fram for them.
:)
Good luck! - take the wheel to Mt. Airy Cycles and ask them - good folks there.

Paul,
Hi, assume it is Paul's track hub, it uses a 44mm chainline.

The easiest solution is to get a Paul crank which uses a 44mm chainline as well. Looks way cool too!
