Hello,
Im using ti campy seat post with regal saddles on three bikes, on all of the seatpost I have greased the clamping area along with the rails of the saddle. Several times each year on all bikes I will get creaks & ticking sounds coming from the post and each time i will have to regrease to get rid of the sounds, except for one of the post this no longer works. Im not riding in the rain,so i wonder why these sounds keep coming back. I've had very cheap post in the past that i never lubed and never heard a sound. Are the campy post crap? are there post available that don't require constant lubing.
