Rob at DiNotte just upgraded my tail light engine for a quite reasonable # of frns.
Turnaround was real fast.

Customer service at DiNotte is exemplary. ;)

If you insist on being seen, there is really only one option.

I agree 100%!

They had a battery recall years after I purchased said batteries. They didnt have to replace the battery for free, yet they did.

Try getting this level of customer service from NiteRider, I think NOT!

Just sayin'

After two full years of use in Maine's harsh environment, the cord to my light started to crack. I emailed Dinotte asking them if this was repairable. They emailed me back simply saying to send it on in. No charge, no questions, no return authorization form or number, no problem.

I love my DiNotte -- what an amazing light. The AA model is brilliant, no more frustrating proprietary batteries. Great to see a great American made product with equally excellent customer support.

good to know - have been using a set for 4 months or so. cost me $200+. worth it so far. will get a second set for my fiance when the finances allow - her bike has a Niterider, but the battery connector always comes loose.
