I have no issues with this one from the dismissal standpoint.

If we take it that the testing is valid then that's less than 2 years from the date of the suspected test.

This action is coming within the timeframe of any suspension he would have received for the violation.

Too bad, so sad. When are these guys going to understand that the powers that be are hunting for any reason to squash big name riders to show how diligent they are?
