can custom shops like serotta still build new orders with 2008 campy?

Any 2008 parts would have to be NOS or repair parts. Once the new production year started, probably in July or August of last year, 2008 parts were out of production.

2009 11 speed works great. I've moved on to it.

Even if they could, why not save yourself the cash and buy new off ebay?
