Happy Birthday and hope you get a ride in. My daughter tells me it is just a little "warm" out there. (Seems the humidity and the temp are seeing which can be higher)

Thanks again to all my Forum Friends.

I did get a ride in this afternoon. 86* 50% RH - our St Louis summer is in full swing.

Glass half full view of things: The good thing about not being in really great condition is that even though you're getting older (and supposedly have a deteriorating body) you can continue to improve your overall performance because it's the conditioning that holds you back, not your aging body, and with more effort you can always improve there. I felt pretty durn good today, even on the killer hill.

Happy belated birthday, Louis-pal!

I was out riding yesterday also on Katy's trail to St. Charles, the shade makes it a bit more tolerable but still there's no escape from the humidity.

We should ride soon.
