OT where to find rare MP3s?

I am looking for a cover of the track "Hard Rain's Gonna Fall" by the Texas Instruments (early 90's punk/alt rock)

Does anyone know where I could get this song on the net or elsewhere? I am happy to pay - it is just pretty near impossible to find it!

You might try posting a request on Audio asylum as there are a bunch of audio hoarders there and someone may have it.
