Are these just Campagnolo Ultra-Torque Cups? They look exactly the same, but are $10 cheaper. Thanks

Same thing, except Campy changed from the nickel plated finish of '08 to a hard anodize for '09. The Record anodize is an odd dark green, while SR cups are black, but have no inner seals, since they are intended for use with CULT bearings. Apparently the super hard ceramic balls and special races can tolerate the dirt and water that might get to the bearings.

So, are the Fulcrum RRS cups the same thing as Campy SR cups, ie lacking the seal? So why did they leave out the inner seal, are the CULT bearings larger, not leaving enough room for the seal?

I'd say that the black cups would be identical to SR. The lack of a seal has nothing to do with space. The idea is to reduce friction and the bearings don't need them. If used with bearings other than CULT, the seal can be added, but at extra cost.
