Do you have the flat top of your handlebars parallel with the ground or tilted back slightly? How did you determined the best angle? Thanks for the info.

Parellel for me. Its personal preference...try them both ways and see which you like more.

you know, i had that same question when mounting mine. flat top feels best but left an awkward transition to the hoods. tilted back gave a better transition, but cocked my wrists back when on top, and looked goofy.
socalsteve: are you using shimano or campy shifters?

Most of my bikes have Ritchey Streem carbon bars and Shimano Dura Ace shifters on all my bikes.
