I've never heard of them, although as a US citizen who has only done business with a few British shops, that doesn't necessarily mean much. "One of the best selling bike Distributor" is an interesting turn of phrase for an English shop, although it could just be a typo.

It did seem inappropriate that a purported British shop that doesn't seem to be a Serotta dealer (or at least wasn't listing any Serottas), whatever else it might be, was using the sale board to post a large list of bikes.

Nope, not legit. There's been a spate of scams, using almost the same exact wording offering up a huge list of desirable bikes for less than half of MSRP. If the bikes being offered are Trek or Specialized brands, that's a sure giveaway that the "offer" is a scam. Those brands are not allowed to be sold anywhere other than at the dealership premises.

Yes, some of the bikes were high end Trek and Specialized at very low prices.

I have no idea if they are 'legit', but there is a company of that name registered in the UK in that approximate location in England.
