Some of the recent threads (and the serotta crash protection program) got me thinking about bike insurance. If you wouldn't mind spending a few minutes (shouldn't take more than 5), you could really help me understand this market, and the potential opportunity for a company specializing in bike insurance.

Big thanks to those who completed the survey. Responses were all over the map, but I think people were atleast interested in having some bike insurance.

Stay tuned for a more substantial survey with prizes (to spur higher participation) in the near future.

I've taught a few sessions and I really like working with the students.

I Graduated from Tuck last year, and I am currently a "Teaching Fellow" which means I support the real profs in course development, research and some grading.

I am considering a PhD, as I really enjoy the work and think a career in academia could be very interesting and enjoyable.
