I have been experimenting with different treatments. Two creams which
have minimal effect on color are Corbin Cream and Leather Master Protection Cream.

CORBIN Cream

My Good friend (an avid Motorcyclists) introduced me to this stuff ...
It has almost zero effect on the Color and seems to provide decent
protection. Corbin is a Leading maker of after market Motorcycle Saddles.
Their saddles are very popular as OEM seats are made to a price point.
Hence the majority of Motorcyclists do change their seat.

LEATHER MASTER Protection Cream
http://www.leatherworldtech.com/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=LMPC250

Leading manufactures of Leather Motorcycle riding suits recommend
this product. A motorcyclist e-mailed me about this product and raved about it.

With both of these products ... a little goes a LONG way ... Both
are absorbed fast ... the Leather Master within minutes.

The both leave the leather feeling correct like a good oil based
product would. But the color remains intact.

(The leather will darken for the first few minutes, till the liquid carrier
evaporates)

Both are an aqueous based white creamy liquid.

I am still testing BUT ... I believe the Leather Master may offer a bit more protection.

Look MC guys have tons of leather. It gets wet ... I don’ see it
vaporizing. They have to be treating it correctly.

For cleaning the leather, try Lexol-pH leather cleaner.

-----

I am making more wrap. Colors will be Black, white, lite and dark Brown
dark and lite Blue, Gray, Red, Green and Orange

I should add I guess yellow, pink and purple to round it out but I
ain't got the frns right now.

Yea .... keep hitting it with Obenauf ....

but the Obenauf OIL darkens the most ...

Go easy on the oil ... it darkens and takes a LONG time to evaporate.
But the oil makes the leather feel oh so good.

With age and use ... it will darken naturally just like a Brooks Saddle ..

You could also rub in some Meltonian cream in the Color you prefer.
This works rather well.

I used the Brick Meltonian on my Brooks Honey to impart a slight
red to it. Rub the Meltonian off well.

I have milk chocolate leather, I just can't afford to offer all the colors
at once.

I hope this helps ...
