Deda makes one in 115 but I am unsure of the rise.

Yes, Deda does make a 11.5cm stem in 82deg. rise (+8).

Thanks I just saw that but the bar clamp is a 31.8 so I would lose my Classic shallow drop bars ...I think its Dave Kirk to the rescue .
