So, I may order some Voler bibs / jersey, but was wondering if you guys had any recent sizing experience- Are the size charts on the web close to actual? As in if I have a 32" waist and am 6', will a 32" Voler bib fit? Same w/ a jersey 39" chest. Thanks

Funny you should ask-- I just called Moots (Voler makes their clothes) yesterday with same question. They said that Voler fits "a little small"-- sounds like standard Euro sizing. I'm a PI XL top, L bottom (L top, M bottom with "normal" clothes), and they said the same should be fine with Voler.

I'm 6'-1/2", 160 lbs, 39" chest and 32" waist. Voler Large bibs and jerseys fit me great (race fit for the jersey). Our club just received its kit order at the end of last year so I'm guessing it's the latest in sizing.

I live near Voler, so I have lots of their clothes.
The jerseys have 2 sizings: Club and Race.
The Club fit will fit like a t-shirt in your regular American size
The Race fit will be snug in your regular American size (form fitting), but is NOT a Euro size--it is bigger than that.
If you are somewhat large around the center, avoid the race fit or go up one size.
The bibs fit pretty true to size. Believe their charts.
FWIW: I'm 6', 175#, 41 inch chest, 34-35 inch waist.
I wear 33 inch waist jeans, 16x34 dress shirts.
In Voler, I wear Race and Club Large (the clubs fit a bit 'casually' but not by much) and am between Medium and large in bibs. The mediums I can feel some compression, while the larges tent to be a bit big after a few wearings.

Mike,

I wear a Voler team kit - race cut. I am 5' 10", 160, 33" waist, 40" chest.

Bibs - M
Jersey - L (I have broad shoulders, so I generally size up on top - I can fit a M, but it is tight around the back side of my arm pits) - if you don't have freakishly broad shoulders, you should be okay with M on top.

It just my experience, our cycling group plan to get some custom cycling jersey for next year. After doing some research, I found gear4cycling.com is a good place to go. Has anyone heard it before? All suggestions welcome. Please. Thank you.

From the wayback thread machine .... any recent experiences with how Voler's Race Cut jersey fits?

I'm trying to decide between large and medium Race Cut. I'm on the tall and thin side (6'4" and 175 lbs with 41-42 jacket size). If Voler run's true to size, large would fit in the shoulders; but if its not trim around the waist, I would probably size down to a medium. Any comments? Thanks

I'm about 6'1" and around 155 lbs and wear a medium race jersey and large bibs in Voler. You've got 3" on me so I think you might want to go large race, it's fairly well fitted around the waist, not as fitted as say Rapha but pretty good. Voler has really good customer service so if you get it wrong they will make it right. I once got a medium team kit (full custom design) that seemed bigger than the last iterations I had, they paid for return shipping, told me it was within tolerances for a medium but then made me another regardless.

Team kit from last year was made by Voler. I found everything to be rather large. 5'10 150 and wear medium in most Euro cut brands (Rapha, Castelli, etc.) With Voler I went small for everything and I'm quite comfy in it.

I am 3'8" and 350# and eat my weight in vegans every day. Oh, and I wear small. It helps me with the ladies.

My team's kit is Voler -- their race fit... I am 5'11ish, 160#, with a 32 inch waist. I wear Voler's Medium in both bibs and top. While the Large top is a bit more comfortable, I prefer the shorter length of the medium top. I have a shorter torso and longer legs.

Judt ordered two pair of bib from Voler, small black and small Pro. I'm a 28" waist and the small's are perfect fit for me. There was some post about the 2014's being on the short side but the 15's work for me.

I would be nice to have a thread with rider height & weight with brands and sizing.
