Well its to be mentioned that Lori Hoefer has taken to the South , she is now a new business partner in a shop called Cycling Specifics located just outside of Raleigh NC ( Carrboro ) . You are very lucky to have the Lovely Miss Hoefer in your area as a fit expert and Serotta Guru as well as all around nice person . Please stop by and tell her the Captain says hello .

Having worked with her on my new Legend this summer, I second your sentiments. We upstate NY'ers will surely miss her. I wish her the best of luck.

I hope to have the pleasure of seeing her over some red wine, sometime in the beginning of January. She is moving on 12/26.

Go to Cycling Specific Web Site.....they are having a PARTY that Kelly and Steve are coming to - in February.

It's a Carolina norm. They make wonderful BBQ pork, shred/chop it, put it on a bun, top the meat with tangy cole slaw, put on bun top and gobble it. My first timeI thought it sounded nuts but I'll take it when I can get it now. Darn,now I'm hungry-----for BBQ.

NC BBQ is very good...If you all come we will have some. Temps should be in 40s in middle of day (with sun).

If no sun, BBQ and Red Wine. Ask Seth about the BBQ>

I don't THINK I said that but I haven't been to a Mazolla party in quite a while so the slaw on BBD might be fun.
