questions about wheels

hi, ok... according to you.... between mavic cosmic elite 2006 and mavic ksyrium elite 2008 or 2009.. which on is better (stiffness, strongest, lightest etc)

and if I want a wheelset in fulcrum with the same quality that my mavic cosmic elite, the best one would be fulcrum 5 or fulcrum 3 ?????
