Subject: Watch for These Gran Fondo bikes

Friends,

The bad news - we were broken into and robbed at the shop this weekend. The thieves seemed to have a list - they picked right through our high end inventory and lifted 9 bikes, about $50,000 retail. They left the cash drawer untouched and didn't vandalize anything - so for that, we are thankful. Some of these bikes are pretty high profile, so I wanted to ask you to keep an eye out for us. We are currently working with Metro Nashville detectives and State Farm, but the thought of our bikes hitting eBay or getting into any unknowing bike shop rubs us the wrong way, so the list will follow.

Thanks for reading,
Vida and Lynn

I hope those Orbea guys don't hope to sell too many of these in France.

In French "ordure" means "trash." Somehow that's got to have an effect on sales in the Francophone world.

gm's "nova" didn't sell in latin america where the name means something like "no go".

and "camaro" is one letter from "shrimp".

and they took the names of great european auto racing venues and pasted them on c-r-a-p cars. (monte carlo, monza, "gran prix")

morons.

thieves suck too.
