Hey All,
I bought a Pegoretti Palosanto with a Deda 1" carbon fork. The inner diameter of the steerer is 19.8mm.
Then I bought a Reynolds 1" compression plug/top cap assembly at my LBS. The outer diameter of the compression plug is about 20.4mm. Apparently, the steerer walls on the 1" Reynolds fork are thinner than the Deda fork.
D-O-H spells "Doh!"
Does anyone else have a Deda 1" fork? Does anyone know if the FSA or Problem Solvers compression plug is smaller?
I'm going to pull the fork and go to the LBS tomorrow, but if anyone has already solved this problem, that'd be helpful!
