Recently bought one of these stems and it came without washers for the face plate bolts. It's the first time I've seen a stem without these washers.
Is that the way 3T does it? I put some on anyway. Are they needed?

I have the exact same stem. I don't think they use washers and it works fine. I'll check when I get home tonight. I rode the other bike into work today.
