Custom Headset Caps?

Hello all,
I seem to remember a discussion about custom chi chi bike parts including custom headset caps. I've done a forum search and can't find the thread (perhaps it was the old forum?)

The address I had was for PurelyCustom.com, however I can't seem to get that web site to come up anymore.

So. Does anyone out there have a source for custom headset caps?

just a point of interest, on the "headset spacers" section, one of the custom spacers pictured is from my home bike shop, the Kreb Cycle, in Bellport, NY. They are a small shop but sell lots of Serottas. If you are ever on Long Island, check 'em out.
