has anyone had experience with anyone who makes custom cycling caps? i found this one source in (where else?) portland oregon:

They were at NAHBS. Nice lady who actually had sewing machine in her booth and lots of different mmodels and color combos.

I had a Snappy Cap made at the show :D ...and it's been too warm to wear it so far. Maybe today...

Vaniller and is more top-end ($'s too) than your typical cap.

Might be as close as I ever get to one of dem frames.

I just pulled a new cap with earflaps out of the package from Caroline at Little Package. Very nice work. Turnaround time was about two weeks, so now is the time to order for spring riding.
