46cm integrated stem / bars

Does anyone know if you can find a 46cm (centre to centre) integrated bar stem system?

Furthermore, if it exists, is there one that isn't the cost of my right arm?

are there any advantages with integrated bar/stem combo other than looks if you dig that? From the wieght perspective they are usually heaver than a light stem + bar no?

Is its just cosmetics
