2005 MS Excel bike training log...free!

I have a 2005 MS Excel bike log I would be glad to send to anyone requesting
it via e-mail. I have been using it for several years, and it tracks dates,
mileage, distance, riding time, average speed, maximum speed, average heart
rate, maximum heart rate, ride intensity, wind speed, temperature, etc. and
does the totaling and averaging for you.

I've got a database that does a lot of the same stuff, but it's a FileMaker database. Anyone interested? Runs on Mac or PC.
