I saw him interviewed after the stage and he said that he was quite embarrassed when he landed on his "arse". He said that it was windy and that he looked away for a minute and nicked LA's rear wheel. There might be a clip of the interview on VS. That was an impressive pile-up.

Unfortunately Andy Jaques-Maynes wasn't wuite so lucky when he got caught in the 15 rider melee the other day and was carted away in an ambulance.

Concussion, whip lash, short term amnesia, and abrasions.

And he doesn't even ride for Team Ouch !!
