Tomorrow afternoon starting at 3:30 there will be an hour recap of the Tour Down Under followed by a half hour on Lance and then an hour preview of the Tour of California. So from 3:30 to 6:00 I get to watch cycling! :banana:

I am doing my high intensity training sessions every third day and tomorrow's the day for that. So I am going to be on the trainer for a couple of hours.

Hopefully this cycling fix and the sunshine we have had the last couple of days will get me in better spirits. Not being able to ride outside sure makes the winter seem longer.
