After reading the P90x thread the other day I was wondering if anyone has tried the cyclo-core dvd training system? I talked to Graeme Street on the phone today about his program. He is currently heavily discounting all his dvds because he is trying to get people to join his cyclo-club website. All his programs are available through steaming video off the new club website. At $20 a month membership for the website I am more interested in just buying the dvd package. So has anybody used these?
