Michelin Pro3 Race color question...

Hi all,

Does anyone know if the new "digital blue" color (light blue) on the Pro3 Race tire is the same color-shade, etc. as the older "limited edition-Service Course" light blue?

It does say "Service Course" on it. ;)

The pair I saw at my LBS looked pretty close but it could be a shade or two off like any other manufacturer's colors from year to year. I did not put them up side by side to the Pro2 set to check.

They are not the same color. The PR2 is a paler blue while the PR3 is almost turquoise.

The PR2 matches my frame perfectly, while the PR3 was a terrible clash. Booo.

Yeah, the PR3s that I got last year don't look like they'd match your frame. There may be some hope that they changed the color for this year, perhaps?

I think(hope) that they are bringing out a light-grey version a la Pro 2, it's on their website if i recall correctly but not yet available

You go all pimpin' on us and use the ivory ones.

They kind of look like old school white walls. :rolleyes:
