somebody needs to explain to him that it's way over-priced. Sometimes I just don't know what people are thinking.

And, he is charging a bargain rate of $150 for shipping. What a great deal!

Maybe someone should send him an email and tell him to post the bike over here in the classifieds section, and then we can all make fun of him...

He's going by what he paid for it to determine his selling price. Unfortanately he doesn't know how outdated his bike is. He thinks a bike is a bike is a bike and this was an exspensive bike when he bought it so it must be an exspensive bike now. I had one when they were current with Record hanging off of it. Great bike, almost wish I still had it but you can't keep em all forever. I still see the guy who bought it every now and again riding and enjoying it.

I bought one of them five years ago for my ex-wife. I think it was made from imported Ti and it was not Colorado Concept. It went together well, rode very nice and was an all around decent bike. I would not pay more than 600 bucks for it though.

Bill even if you give the guy a break on the price, how do you explain the $150.00 dollars shipping?? :crap:

No breaks....

Yeah, the shipping is way overboard. I'm just sayin' the guy doesn't really know his bike isn't worth what he's asking, doesn't make him a bad person, just uninformed. But then the shipping is a pure rip off, that would.

. . . seen sellers try to recoup the eBay seller’s fee by overcharging on the shipping.

Its kinda like the dentist who charges $1,000,000 for a filling. He only needs ONE patient and he can retire! But he'll be waitin' for a little while! Jeff N.
