Polar HRM question

I got a polar 520 about a month ago and finally got around to setting up the computer toolkit/training log. But every time i go to install the software, my computer tells me i can't for some reason (the "report" is in computerese, talking about bins and stacks and 00102040383 so I can't understand it). Anyway, is there another place where the software is readily available?
