Comfortable, soft and form fitting. Chamois is good, though not very thick (I like a thicker chamois). My issue is that I wanted something warmer. The Hincappies are for low 40's through 60 degrees. They are not warm enough for the 30's. But the quality is pretty good.

I also have a pair of Exte Ondo Bar tights and, these are the cat's ass for cold weather riding. They have the golden chamois and windproof panels. They are a touch thicker than the Hincappies. They are articulated and warm. 20-50 degrees would be their range, imho. First rate winter bibs.

I like them. I've got some that are the fleecy Roubaix fabric. Good into the mid-40s to 50. Below that I switch to full legs.
Chamois is okay. Good construction.

One of their power Lycra bibs are my new favorite, bumping out Giordana.
