I am having a problem with my account that's not getting resolved through their e-mail system. Have searched for half an hour on their website and no luck finding a tel.#. Anyone have this problem before and could share a help desk number with me?

Many thanks! :argue:

That is the number that is on my credit card bill. Never tried to call them myself, so not sure what this number is for.

Hope this helps!

David has it right. No humans in that Borg cube. If you can give them an idea that will increase profits and stock prices by abusing users they might be interested.

This number might still be good.

"It's not an E-bay problem, It's a Paypal problem."

"It's not a Paypal problem, It's an Ebay problem."

However, after a testy (me) e-mail exchange last night I believe the problem has been resolved. I gave up on the telephone route after the ridiculous wait times.

Thanks everyone for helping out!!

PS Watch out California if Meg gets elected. :bike:
